We are living in a time in Christendom where many Christians are neither producing nor effective in their works of service. This has affected the church, and as such, we are no longer experiencing spiritual multiplication as it occurred in the Acts of the Apostles. 

To reverse this trend, we need to go back to scripture and fulfill the five-fold ministry of producing Shepherd who will feed the flock (Jeremiah 3:15). We in Central believe that every human being is created in the image of God and, when taught the pure Word of God, would be able to realize the enormous creative potential lying within them. 

I strongly believe this is my assignment to fulfill what is in Ephesians 4:12–16 by teaching you to be successful in 

training, doctrine, character, and team effectiveness skills.
